Payout
Set up your payment account to receive your funds.
In order for you to receive funds, Payunit makes payments to your mobile money account. A payout is a block of informations that PayUnit uses to make payments to your mobile money account.
To create a payout, go to the Payouts menu on your dashboard and click on the Create payout button.
After validating the payout form, a code will be sent to you by mail.
This code will allow you to verify your payout and make it usable.
To verify your payout, click on the first icon (✔) located at the « ACTIONS » column of your payout, then enter the code you received from email in the displayed dialog box and then click on Verify.
Your payout is now created and verified. You can now request a cashout.
The availability of payments may vary depending on the industry and country in which you operate. In most cases, you will not receive your payment requests until 1 to 7 days after we receive your payment request. The first payment request may take longer for a number of reasons, in particular your high-risk country or industry.
You will only be able to receive your mobile money payments with the payment method you have collected your funds on, otherwise additional fees will be applied.
